By Our Nation has been under siege for some time now. We have politicized all areas of our governments from local politicians to state politicians as well as our elected officials in Washington D.C. The power our Congress has gained over the past 100 years is unfathomable. It is clear that most politicians today are after the power and the money that comes with the office. They don’t serve the citizens of this great nation any longer since our leaders in the White House were after the same outcomes, Power and Money. You can not service your country if you are increasing your wealth by millions and millions of dollars from the time you enter the political arena till retirement.
Our Nation was founded with the belief “We the People” are it’s citizens who are guaranteed life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our representatives are to service the interests of the people and protect the sovereignty of our nation. We need a leader now more than ever to bring back our nation from those who feel their wants and needs are above their duty to their constituents.
Never in the history of this nation have you been able to run for public office with little to no cash in your pockets and by the end of your first term your net worth is in the millions. Look at these public servants, many have made millions of the blood, sweat and fears off the backs of hard working Americans. We need a leader who will put America and the citizens first once again .
Our nation needs patriots who have a love of country over a love of money and power. Citizen Legislators as we had many, many years ago. Our Founding Fathers envisioned a country where representatives were elected of the people, by the people. Those asked to serve did not campaign for the office, they were nominated by those who respected their abilities. They proved to their communities they had values, morals, ethics and Christian values. Those nominated were proud to serve, to fulfill their duties to the nation and then go back to the private sector and continue to earn a living. We have not seen that America for over 100 years.

We have a Nation like no other according to many individuals that came before us as well as those who are here now. The time has come to reverse this trend of corrupt politicians and government. We the People must accept the duty to right this ship and bring back the glory to those who are proud to call this country home. We need to take control of our wasteful spending habits to bring down our national debt. When Patriot Express was formed the Nations debt was 10 trillion dollars with unfunded liabilities over 32 trillion. Today our debt is 37 trillion dollars with unfunded liabilities at a whopping 36 trillion dollars. Those unfunded liabilities are mainly Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid.
The debt per citizen was $ 34,000.00 and per taxpayer was $96,000.00 back then. Today the debt stands at $ 108,000.00 per citizen and $ 323,000.00 per taxpayer. We need leadership, one who will address these issues so we do not become a bankrupt nation.
