By Today Congress took up the 1.2 trillion dollar infrastructure bill before them. Rep. Steny Hoyer (Maryland 5th District) stated early on in his remarks that former President Trump stated in a meeting he attended that “1 trillion wasn’t enough”, 2 trillion would be the goal to fix all issues before our nation and it’s infrastructure. The congressmen went on to say that climate change will be addressed in this bill.
