By Apple’s board made the mistake of dismissing Steve Jobs in 1985 as most readers will remember. Jobs went on to create a new company to compete with all computer designers called NeXT Inc. For twelve years Jobs worked just as he had at Apple to create products no one on earth realized they would need. Though many found him hard to work with he did change how we communicated in the world. Jobs would return to Apple in 1997 after disastrous events taking place within the Apple Empire.
With his return came the much needed vision from this entrepreneur. The products coming out of the organization were creating needs the public didn’t realize they needed but now wanted. His iPhones became the all in one package. Prior to the advances with his phones we needed a pager to receive messages, a camera to take pictures, a video recorder to record our favorite moments as well as a huge computer system to communicate to those around the world.
After many releases the iphone became the most sought after item for consumers to purchase. They were not cheap being hundreds more then the competition customers stood in line for hours to be the first to have a new iphone in hand before any one else. They became a cult like item, even today after Jobs passing Apple sales are in the billions.
Can Apple remain on top? After Steve Jobs unexpected death at such a young age the company was back to 1985 standards. Yes you have a CEO who believes in the company with Tim Cook, does he have the vision required to remain the most sought after item in the world in the iphone brand! Time will tell as we watch the stock market price fluctuate with each daily news release from the company.

As the Apple product line evolves and redefines itself only time will tell if Apple can survive without a visionary in the mist of the company as Steve Jobs was. Many consumers still love the products released by Apple even today. Few do not like the fragility of the product as they say for the price the phone should not be so easily broken.
