Are Public Servants Fighting for the Citizens of America

Does any of the citizens believe there are public servants fighting for America right now!  We have constant assaults’ on our personal freedoms every day in Congress, in our state and local communities even in our work place we are being pushed to our limits.  Never before in the history of our great Nation have we been under such an attack on our way of life.

Those roaming the Halls of Congress are currently fighting for everyone around the world but those American citizens working and paying taxes to live in this country, the greatest in the world today. Pelosi, Shumer, Collins, Murkowski as well as 550 more members of our Congress are working to destroy the vary fabric our nation was founded on.

  Building bridges to grow

The two party system has eroded the quality of life for the average citizen.  The Republicans work so hard to get elected only to get to office and hold hearings on every issue before them and never attempting to resolve those issues important to their constituents and this nation.

Democrats work hard to eradicate our freedoms by allowing open borders, sanctuary cities, release of accused without bond and defunding the police.  They do not answer any longer to the people, only to the party to accomplish the goals before them. The  bridges they build are to remove those opposing their messages by intimidation or imprisonment.  They create turmoil among those around them hiding their real motives and desires.

The two parties may as well be one as both with few exceptions work against their oath of office and our Constitution.  As stated in previous articles our country was founded on personal freedoms and elected offices who answered to those who elected them. We were not founded on the principle of operating under a two party system. The idea was for others to nominate the individual thought to be able to best represent our needs as a nation then once elected they would carry out their duties as an American Citizen to the best of their God given abilities.

In the Second Federalist Papers John Jay stated  to the people of New York “It has until lately been a received and uncontradicted opinion that the prosperity of the people of America depended on their continuing firmly united, and the wishes, prayers, and efforts of our best and wisest citizens have been constantly directed to that object. But politicians now appear, who insist that this opinion is erroneous, and that instead of looking for safety and happiness in union, we ought to seek it in a division of the States into distinct confederacies or sovereignties. However extraordinary this new doctrine may appear, it nevertheless has its advocates; and certain characters who were much opposed to it formerly, are at present of the number. Whatever may be the arguments or inducements which have wrought this change in the sentiments and declarations of these gentlemen, it certainly would not be wise in the people at large to adopt these new political tenets without being fully convinced that they are founded in truth and sound policy”

John Jay wanted the citizens to understand we may lose some freedoms with the Constitution but we would be far better off with the Republic then with the Dictatorship or an Oligarchy. He emphasized as long as politicians stayed the coarse we would thrive, if they got greedy and lusted for power and money we would return to what was present at the time of their battle for independence.

our country was founded on personal freedoms and elected offices who answered to those who elected them. We were not founded on the principle of operating under a two party system”.

Will we be able to overtake those wishing harm to our great nation. Currently we are struggling to remain a free and just nation.  Will we stand up to those wanting and willing to oppress our freedoms and our Constitution.  Time will tell
