BoneFish Grill

BoneFish Grill

For Dinner last night we were invited to meet a few of our friends at in Town Square just off I-15  and 215 in the Southern end of Las Vegas.  Personally I’ve never stepped into a BoneFish Grill before, driven by every few days even have eaten at a few of the surrounding restaurants within walking distance.

Our waitress was Tiffany, very personable, professional and attentive to our needs throughout our whole dining experience. We started with fresh bread and drinks.  As we perused through the menu I asked  my friend how the Fish and Chips were, “It’s okay, but too much breading for my taste”.  Tiffany came by the table just as we were discussing the Fish and she chimed in agreeing with our assessment.  I asked about the Salmon, her response was “you will love the Salmon, we have grilled or blackened with an array of specialty sauces.”  With that I ordered the Salmon.

After ordering we socialized for approximately 15 minutes while our meals were prepared.  The room was modest as well as eloquently decorated.  The atmosphere was cozy with a peaceful calming setting of neutral colors.  I commented to my friends how tranquil it felt and couldn’t wait to taste the Salmon.  They told us the Sea Bass was one of the best Bass in town as well as the Shrimp street tacos.

Once our dinners were placed in front of us we dove in. My Salmon was blackened just right with a Mango Spice Sauce. The flavor was just right, not over powered with spices. You could taste the Salmon, I was impressed.  My wife had the Trout platter and ate everything, expressing how delicious it was. Cooked just right, moist and melted in her mouth.

Give BoneFish Grill a try. The prices were moderate on every item available. The total bill for the meals came to $105.00 for the four of us. Add the drinks and you have another $40.00 in addition to the meals.
