With family or friends, maybe a office party or business affair you won’t be disappointed with the meal provided there. Leaving your home or hotel room take the freeway or surface streets cause in Vegas we go to Texas to get a great meal at Texas De Brazil located in the Town Square shopping center just minutes south of the Strip. Established in 1998 the restaurant is famous for it’s meats. The servers come to your table with a variety of meat from beef ribs to lamb chops, all for one price. For those who have not had the opportunity to dine at Texas De Brazil check them out for you will not be disappointed.

We recently went to eat there for my birthday. The serve is impeccable, at the ready for all your needs from a drink to a special serving of the meat you have not experienced at the table yet. I asked for the Beef Ribs to be brought to our table as they are cooked slow and melt in your mouth. The flavor is a hearty beef with just enough spice to tingle your taste buds. The whole table enjoyed the ribs.
Next we had some Sirloin which is cooked to meet your desired temperature. pink, medium rare, medium or well done. Sirloin is best at medium rare or medium to appreciate the full flavor. As the server cuts into the sirloin presented on a skewer the bright red meat appears with the juices freely flowing as you take your small tongs to secure the meat and bring it onto your plate.
Deserts are flavorful with about 7 selections from banana cream to cheese cake. Personally I’m a cheese cake fan, this night I was out of luck as the server stated they were out of product.
